Step 1: Get Started Call
Be on the lookout for a call from us! We'll take a few minutes to get to know your family, share what makes CCA special, help you find the perfect class, and get you booked for your 2-Week Intro.

Step 2: Success Kit

To help you feel confident during your first class and get the full experience, we provide you with everything you need to succeed.

• 🎭 Checking out Theatre? — You'll get a rehearsal t-shirt

• 🤸 Checking out Circus? — You'll get a set of stretching blocks

Step 3: 2-Week Intro
No pressure, no commitment — just two weeks to experience the class firsthand. Enjoy the first class, talk it over as a family, and if it feels like the right fit, we'll complete your enrollment together at the second class.

Step 4: Enrollment
Yes, there's a little paperwork — but we keep it simple! You'll become an official CCA Member by completing our one-page Membership Registration Form. Once it’s turned in, you’ll receive your Welcome Gift!

Step 5: Orientation

Once you're enrolled, we make sure you never feel lost. You'll receive a Welcome Letter, important dates, and a series of Welcome Emails — plus our Client Care team will check in throughout the season to make sure you always feel prepared and right at home.

Step 6: Every Class
The performing arts naturally build character — and at CCA, we're intentional about it. Through weekly training and studio-wide initiatives, we focus special attention on nurturing Compassion, Confidence, and Creativity in every student.

Step 7: Every Show
It's not the performing arts without the performance! Throughout the year, students have multiple opportunities to take the stage and share what they've been working on. There's nothing quite like performing for a live audience to build real, lasting confidence.

Step 8: Every Year
Once you're part of the CCA family, you stay part of it. Our rollover enrollment means you'll never have to go through the registration process again — your student will automatically be placed in the right class for the next season so the journey can continue for as long as you'd like.
