Incredible creative arts workshops
Your child will have a blast exploring daily workshops in music and dance and additional workshops in theatre, creative writing, painting and our yearly "surprise" workshop. Students are divided into different age groups.

What is Project Ignite?
Project Ignite is a summer camp experience that sparks a love for the arts in students and their parents while showing them the powerful ways art can make a difference. Kids entering 2nd through 9th grade come together for our week-long event to explore music, theatre, dance, painting, creative writing and more while engaging in meaningful conversations about what THEY can do to help their community. Project Ignite is more than just a summer camp... it's where kids become Compassionate, Confident, Creative young leaders who are ready to change the world.

🎭 Daily Core Workshops
Campers are grouped by age and rotate through three foundational workshops each day
Theatre: Kids step into character, learn stage presence, and build acting skills through fun games and rehearsals. By the end of the week, they’ll be performing their very own
skit!
Music: From rhythm games to vocal warmups, campers learn to sing as a group, explore different instruments, and bring a meaningful song to life for the showcase.
Dance: Whether they're brand new or experienced movers, kids learn a choreographed routine that’s energetic, expressive, and built to wow on stage.
🎨 Daily Special Workshops
Every day brings a new creative surprise with these exciting one-time workshops
Creative Writing: Campers write their own short story or poem inspired by the camp’s character-building themes, proudly displayed at the showcase.
Film: With the help of a professional videographer, kids script, shoot, and star in their own short film—premiered at the showcase!
Circus Arts: Learn flips, tricks, and aerial stunts on our tumble track and silks. This crowd-favorite workshop gets kids moving and flying high
Painting: Create a beautiful guided art piece to be displayed at the showcase—and auctioned to raise funds for our scholarship program
✨ Showcase Day at Zion Church
On Friday, camp takes place at Zion Church, where campers rehearse on stage for the showcase. Friends and family are invited to join us that evening for our free public performance! It’s a celebration of all they’ve learned and created!
💛 Built on Character
At the heart of Project Ignite are 5 core character-building points. Every lesson, workshop, and activity is designed to help kids grow emotionally and socially. Through object lessons and themed content, we help campers develop traits like confidence, compassion, and creativity—qualities they’ll carry with them long after camp ends.

June 30th-July 3rd
You won’t be wandering “Into the Unknown” this summer when you join us for Clarion Center for the Arts Award-Winning Frozen Week.
Wear your favorite Frozen dress and meet Elsa and Anna where you can sing and dance and learn the inside scoop on their life in Arendelle.
Kiddos will be touring Arendelle, sing-a-longs, learning how to make real snow, dancing to their soundtrack favorites to their heart’s content, & talking about the importance of family.
Memories of this camp will be one thing kids will not want to “Let It Go”.

BreAnna Liberto
BreAnna Liberto is the Founding Director of Project Ignite and an energetic arts enthusiast. Her arts training includes dance, piano, voice and acting, but her biggest passion is to use her skills as an artist to make a difference and to teach others to do the same. She strongly believes in the importance of arts education and the critical character traits and skills that it helps kids develop, including grit, problem solving and empathy.
