Fundraiser Tips 🎉

At Clarion Center for the Arts, we love giving our families the chance to turn everyday purchases into real savings on tuition! Throughout the year, we offer monthly fundraisers with a variety of products to sell—everything from pizzas, candles, and hoagies to chocolates, greeting cards, and more.

Each fundraiser generally earns around 30% profit, and the best part is that all profits go directly into your family’s account to be applied toward tuition fees. That means every sale you make directly benefits your student’s arts education!

How It Works 📝

  • Parents and students can sell items to friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, teachers—even purchase items themselves.

  • When you’re ready to turn in your orders, please submit your order form with ONE CHECK or MONEY ORDER made payable to CCA. (Cash or checks from anyone other than you are not accepted.)

  • Once the orders are processed, the profits are applied directly to your tuition balance.

Tips to Maximize Your Fundraiser 🌟

Want to make the most out of each opportunity? Here are some tried-and-true tips:

  1. Set a Goal 🎯
Decide as a family how much you’d like to raise each month. Having a number to work toward helps keep motivation high!

  2. Make a List of Potential Customers 📝
Think through extended family, neighbors, coworkers, teachers, church friends, and teammates. You might be surprised at how many people are willing to support your child’s arts journey.

  3. Promote with Purpose 📱
Share your fundraiser on social media, group chats, or email. A quick post with your child’s picture and a note about why they love CCA can really make people want to support them.

  4. Offer Reminders 🔔
People are busy! A gentle follow-up text or reminder can make a big difference in reaching your goals.

  5. Be Your Own Best Customer 🍕🕯️
If your family already buys pizza, candles, chocolate, or other items we sell, consider purchasing through the fundraiser. That way your everyday purchases help reduce your tuition bill.

  6. Team Up 🤝
Siblings or friends can work together to reach more people. Sometimes combining efforts makes fundraising more fun and successful!

  7. Thank Your Supporters 💌
A simple thank-you note or message goes a long way and ensures people will want to buy from your child again next time.

  8. Clear Your Schedule for Pick Up Day 🗓️
Make sure you can pick up your orders on the scheduled day and time. This is usually done at CCA. Food items must be picked up in a timely manner and distributed to your supporters so they don't go bad!

Why Participate?

Every little bit helps! Families who participate regularly often see hundreds of dollars in tuition savings throughout the year. Plus, it’s a great way to get your child excited about working toward their goals and learning responsibility.

✨ Stay tuned for announcements about each monthly fundraiser. We can’t wait to see the creative ways you and your students make the most of these opportunities!
